No, maybe I just didn't make myself clear enough on what is on the list. Every request I am doing I put on there. If it's on there, it means I'm working on it and will post it as soon as possible. Since episodes 18 - 26 of Neon Genesis Evangelion were on the list, that meant I saw the report and am working on uploading them. I'm downloading them right now so they'll probably be up tomorrow.
